We start business with the production of memory foam, and mattresses, pillows, and toppers are just some of the applications we've made memory foam for. Any products related to memory foam, such as sofa cushions, pet beds, etc., we can cooperate you all.

icon(7)What types of memory foam doesGenerous Sleeping mainly produce?

❶Polyurethane foam: This is the most common type of foam used in mattresses. It is a synthetic foam that is made from a combination of chemicals and has a spongy, bouncy feel.
❷MDI Memory foam: This type of foam is also known as viscoelastic foam. It is made from polyurethane, but has the ability to contour to the shape of the body, which makes it great for pressure relief.(The following types of memory foam are our exclusive typical research and development, which are upgraded on the basis of MDI memory foam.)
Ⅰ、Coolux-Bio™ Foam:Raw materials are extracted from plants, which are environmentally friendly and skin-friendly.(Ideal for mattress toppers and quilted tops, cushioning, support layers)
Ⅱ、Coolux-Cle™ Foam:Breakthrough memory foam washable technology, ten times of machine washing dehydration deformation rate is less than 3%, better tear resistance.(Ideal for mattress cushioning layer, baby's pillows.)
Ⅲ、Coolux-RHR™ Foam:The moisture absorption effect is the best, and the cooling experience is the strongest.(Ideal for mattress toppers, quilted tops.)
Ⅳ、Coolux-Dry™ Foam:Moisture-absorbing, moisture-proof and highly breathable.(Ideal for mattress toppers, quilted tops.)
Ⅴ、Coolux-Air™ Foam:Semi-open hole structure, produces a stronger air convection effect by body turning over and squeezing the area, enhances air circulation.(Ideal for mattress toppers, quilted tops.)
❸Gel Foam: This type of foam is made from polyurethane and has a gel-like substance mixed in to help with temperature regulation.(Ideal for mattress toppers, quilted tops.)
❹Copper Infused Foam: 1.5% copper powder content provides effective antibacterial and deodorizing functions.(Ideal for mattress toppers, quilted tops.)

icon(8)What is Coolux memory foam different from traditional foam?

❶Traditional memory foam is also called temperature-sensitive foam. Its softness and hardness are affected by temperature and change with temperature. For example, if the outdoor temperature is around 0℃ in winter, when you open the window to ventilate, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature will cross-mix, and the memory foam will further harden, giving you the illusion of being like a stone. Therefore, when the room temperature is low in winter, the temperature-sensitive memory foam needs to absorb additional heat before returning to its original elasticity. In summer, the room temperature is too hot, and this memory foam will be too soft, showing the touch of a natural sponge, which is not conducive to sleep.
❷Our Coolux memory foam, also known as non-temperature-sensitive memory foam, can be understood as the evolution of temperature-sensitive memory foam. The biggest difference between the two is that the non-temperature-sensitive memory foam is always kept in a state of moderate softness and hardness, that is to say, it will keep what it is no matter how the outside temperature changes. In terms of production process, the non-temperature-sensitive memory foam uses environmentally friendly MDI as the main raw material, and the special bubble hole structure will make its interior full of air-like texture, making it feel more comfortable and breathable. Its open structure can inhibit bacteria and remove mites, and has a strong moisture absorption function, which can keep the mattress cool.

icon(9) What is the difference between memory foam and latex mattresses when it comes to comfort for side sleepers and back/stomach sleepers?

❶Memory foam, also known as slow rebound, is a kind of soft polyurethane foam with good resilience. It was developed by NASA's Ames Research Center in 1966 in order to reduce the enormous pressure on the astronauts' bodies when they left the ground. When the spacecraft is lifted into the air, this open structure can disperse the force and apply the force to the entire contact surface under the action of external force, creating a zero-pressure effect. Therefore, it has a good pressure-relieving effect and is not prone to fatigue. It can also sense the curve of the human body, fit the whole body according to the ups and downs of the body, achieve the purpose of making the human body naturally bend, and has good support and spine protection.
❷Latex is a natural material obtained from the sap of rubber trees. But real latex cannot be molded, so the purity of latex rubber in so-called natural latex is only 20%-40%. According to reports, more than 8% of people are allergic to latex. And latex is easy to oxidize and has a short life.
